In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, let’s celebrate self love at this mindfully selected session to help open our hearts. Together we will set meaningful intentions through meditation and a blissful yin sequence with backbends and heart openers to focus on the heart chakra, combined with silent disco headphones and binaural dj beats.

From yoga stretching to breathwork, this session will move you step-by-step to immerse yourself in a deeper state of mind, by finding the balance of past and future and letting go of boundaries. Ultimately we will accomplish a higher state of intuition and awareness of self intentions, to be our best in this present moment.
