Our signature 60 minute Soul Flow led by Flow with Jodie and infused by live deep house DJ sounds by LYLA. From yoga flowing and ecstatic dance, this session will move you step-by-step to immerse yourself in a dynamic strength building sequence, finding the balance of calmness and power, to let go of boundaries and into a deeper state of intuition. All levels are welcome.
The class will be taught in English. Please bring your own mat.
