HAIRU in Japanese means to "go in" or "go inside". So come in to rest and find an inner silence - "chitta vritti nirodha". At this opening party, easily stop by and explore the new space and practice with like-minded people and wonderful teachers in our peaceful and light-flooded backyard studio.
The day begins at 14h and includes a free 60 minutes of Silent Disco Yoga followed by casual live music and drinks. So come on over and flow for free and hang for a chilled Sunday afternoon to celebrate new beginnings!
