In cooperation with Kale and Cake, Soul Yoga Flow is a Vinyasa Yoga flow led by Jodie and infused by live deep house DJ sounds by LYLA. From yoga flowing and ecstatic dance, this session will move you step-by-step to immerse yourself in a dynamic strength building sequence, finding the balance of calmness and power, to let go of boundaries and into a deeper state of intuition. All levels are welcome. The class will be taught in English. Please bring your own mat.
