We are back at Ya Wali on 06.09, Sunday morning for another Yoga and Brunch Event!
The Event will be a 75 minute morning Silent Disco Vinyasa Flow class with yoga and dance flow sequence led by Heidi Marie Hoelzer (New York City) and live electronic DJ music by LYLA (Los Angeles), both based now in Munich. With the free-moving Yoga flow and chill beats by LYLA, this complete setup will move you step by step through a dynamic sequence. Be prepared to lose yourself completely and let go -- by connecting entirely to yourself and others as we move and groove!
Following the class, Vegan Brunch by your local plant based eatery, Issdichglücklich Eatery and Sekt will be served, along with some active yoga-wear browsing and a shopping discount provided onsite with Soul&Passion (Mannheim, DE)! 😍 What better way to end the yoga session than coming together and supporting our local businesses with some mindful shopping and support?!

Heidi is from New York, USA and moved to Munich, Germany in 2016. After completing Jivamukti Teacher Training with Sharon Gannon in Mahastra, India, Heidi began teaching in Munich in various studios. She then completed Barre Fusion Teacher Training with Tanja Krodel in Munich and most recently completed Hormone Yoga Teacher Training with Dinah Rodrigues in Prague, Czech Republic.
Heidi brings a sense of calm to her classes. A challenging class with a soft approach. Creative, inspiring and surprising. She hopes to create an escape that allows everyone to have their “own time”. Time away from work, family and life. Time to draw inward and focus on each person’s imbalance so that everyone may walk away feeling lighter, more focused and gently energized. Her classes integrate creative vinyasa sequences with music.
Ly Nguyen (LYLA) is a DJ located in Munich, Germany, from Los Angeles, California, specializing in deephouse, indie-electronic, disco lounge, and hip-hop in any setting. In 2014, LYLA also received her yoga teaching certification in Rishikesh, India. Since then, LYLA has combined music and yoga by performing at numerous yoga Events and Festivals, organizing LYLA Soul Yoga Events and teaching in different studios around Munich. LYLA's high energy and ability to mix genres in an open-format appeals to the crowds, whether it's partying the night away or Surya Namaste-ing into the early morning.
Soul and Passion ("S&P"): Supporting sustainable activewear style with purpose and conscious to bring exclusive and unique yoga apparels. S&P is a sustainable German start-up brand from Mannheim, where the activewear is handmade by single mothers in a Colombian Atelier. S&P produces season-less and slow-fashion in small quantities, with a super soft shaping effect and second skin feeling. Do I need previous knowledge in Soul Yoga?
No! All beginners are welcome! The class will be taught in English for All Levels, so you can take it as little or advanced as you'd like.
What can/should I bring into the event?
Please bring water, yoga mat, and your good vibes! If you don't own a yoga mat, no worries! Please email ly@djlyla.com.
What if it rains?
The event will be covered, so rain or shine will be no problem! For extreme cases, Event will be re-scheduled or refunded.

What's the refund policy?
All sales have 7 day refund policy and can be transferable to another customer or future Event if needed.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, save trees! Please just have a screenshot of your ticket for entry.

Cancellation or postponement due to certain circumstances?
Please note, we reserve the right to cancel at least two hours in advance if there are less than a certain number of sign ups and other unforeseen circumstances (i.e., weather, event space, teacher, caterer, etc).
