LYLA - MORNING GLORY YOGA - WEEKEND WARRIORS! (ENGL.)

To help kick off the day and celebrate our Sunday, we begin with an invorgiating one hour sunrise vinyasa flow session accompanied with energetic party music (Spotify playlist provided), a bit of meditation, and ecstatic dance. No need to snooze, be prepared for your total morning wake up call by getting your flow on, sweating it out, and shaking it out. Class will be for all levels and instructed in English.
